Your wedding day is destined to be one of the most important days in your life. You have chosen one of the most beautiful valleys in the world for your special day. LUNDS would be honored to enhance the beauty of your day and the setting with memorable floral decorations.

At LUNDS, our specialty is focusing on and listening to the bride and groom's requests for the day, whether they have a specific theme, flowers, color, etc. already in mind OR would like complete design concept built for them with simply a feeling or suggestion and no specifics. The goal is to LISTEN and have the flowers be a reflection of exactly what the bride and groom's vision was for the day and then some!

LUNDS is a full service florist and our attention to detail is un-paralleled. We take great pride in making sure our brides and grooms feel extremely confident, comfortable and excited about all of the decisions that are made and the flowers that are provided.

CONSULTATIONS
We offer a no-charge consultation with no obligation. Call or email a request to check availability of your date and to schedule an appointment for the consultation. We can make arrangements to meet at your venue, at my home studio in Napa or at a alternate location. It is possible to exchange ideas by phone or email to come up with a design concept and budget if it is not feasible to meet in person at this time.

ITEMIZED PROPOSAL
Once we have hammered out some ideas, I will provide a detailed proposal with itemized pricing. From there we can continue working and re-working this proposal until it completely suits your every need and desire.

HOLDING YOUR DATE
This is very important since we rarely chose to do two events in one day, so our calendar fills up rather quickly. One third of the approximate total floral balance is due to hold your date. We adhere to the first-deposit paid, first-served policy due to the limited availability of dates. Deposits are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event and may be paid by check or credit card (most major cards are accepted). As your wedding date approaches, we will update your proposal, making adjustments of tables, etc. and you will receive a final balance. This usually occurs at the "two weeks to go" mark and this is when the balance is due and payable.
